Portuguese creatives aren’t just ‘good for Portugal’, they’re world-class. Yet too often, they go unnoticed. That’s why, in 2020, Teresa co-founded Quem é Quem: part spotlight, part stage, part map for anyone trying to find their way in advertising. We created a portfolio just with national work.

We built an anonymous salary spreadsheet,
because transparency shouldn’t depend on whispers.
We became where Portuguese creatives go to find their
next job, whether they want to leave the country or come
back to it. We became a news source. Sometimes an alarm system.
We share advice, opportunities, and the events nobody
tells juniors about in time. We created masterclasses to help
portfolios actually get hired and to help young creatives survive
their first competitions.
And when harassment happened inside agencies,
we didn’t discuss it privately. We exposed it.
Quem é Quem isn’t just a platform.
It’s what happens when an industry starts talking to itself honestly.
